Eye See You Optometry brings a full optometry service to your workplace. Employees receive comprehensive eye examinations on-site, during their working day, with no need to leave the office. Examinations are conducted by AHPRA-registered optometrists using portable clinical-grade equipment, and are Medicare bulk billed for eligible employees.
We design corporate visits to suit the workplace — a quiet meeting room and a half-day or full-day schedule typically allows 6-12 employees to receive a full examination. Reports can be provided to the employee directly, with their consent, or in aggregate to occupational health teams.
We work with HR teams, occupational health managers, and workplace wellbeing programs to integrate eye health into existing employee benefits.
Modern office work is high-load on the visual system. Hours of screen use, often in mixed lighting, frequently produce digital eye strain, dry eye, headaches, and uncorrected near vision problems — symptoms that quietly reduce productivity and wellbeing.
Many employees defer eye examinations year after year because of the time cost of leaving work to visit a clinic. An on-site visit removes that barrier — the optometrist comes to the workplace, examinations happen during a meeting-sized slot, and employees return to their desks the same morning.
The clinical case is straightforward. The business case — fewer sick days, better productivity for screen-intensive roles, demonstrable investment in employee wellbeing — is well documented across Australian workplace health literature.
